RENOLIT ALKORPLAN Roofing Calculator: your essential tool for perfect roofs

It is a tool launched in 2024 designed to revolutionise the planning and installation of roofing systems and act as a strategic partner for our contractors, ensuring that every installation is carried out accurately, efficiently and in compliance with the most stringent regulations.

This advanced tool allows you to calculate wind loads and fastening requirements for your roofing projects, for both mechanically fastened and adhered systems. By providing us with the correct information on the construction, project details and building dimensions, we generate a comprehensive document containing all relevant data on wind loads, as well as the exact type and quantity of fastenings required.

  • Guaranteed Accuracy and Compliance: The RENOLIT ALKORPLAN Roof Calculator accurately calculates wind loads, ensuring your systems comply with all specific regulations and requirements. This gives you the peace of mind of knowing you’re doing it right from the start.

  • Unprecedented Efficiency: Forget about guesswork. The tool provides you with the exact number and type of fixings required. This saves your teams valuable time on site and during the estimation phase, allowing them to focus on the installation.

  • Competitive Advantage in Your Quotes: By optimising the use of fixings and avoiding ‘over-fixing’ (using more material than necessary), you can refine your pricing and submit much more competitive bids. This is crucial in large-scale tenders where every detail counts.

  • Risk and Liability Mitigation: If you use the calculation provided by RENOLIT (based on the correct information you have supplied), and any issues arise with the roof due to errors in the wind load calculation, the liability lies with us.

  • Ready for Inspections: A site engineer will always want to see the wind load calculation documentation. With the RENOLIT ALKORPLAN Roof Calculator, you’ll have the official document to hand, avoiding potential problems, delays or costly corrections at a late stage of the project. No more re-fixing or wasted money.

  • Comprehensive Estimation Tool: Beyond compliance, this tool acts as a powerful estimation resource, giving you a clear overview of materials and planning, which translates into greater profitability for your projects.

Provide us with detailed information about your project: the building’s dimensions, the roof composition and any specific details. Our system will take care of the rest, generating a comprehensive and accurate report for you.

RENOLIT ALKORPLAN Roof Calculator is our way of supporting you every step of the way, providing you with the tools to build with confidence and excellence.
